Motherhood is the only 24/7 position that offers no sick pay, holidays or off days. But at the same time, it is the most rewarding and satisfying position ever. 

So, mothers of every generation face challenges and feel their generation's challenges are greater than the current generation or previous. 

But, mothers from all generations are SUPERWOMEN

In my experience when I became a mother, magically I developed so many new skills that, I am in no doubt were inherited from my mother. 

There is no running away from the fact that after giving birth your priorities change, You change and different issues take importance in various stages of your life. All of your life is consumed in balancing your child behaviour: -

Oh! he is loud! need to mellow him down...

OR

He is very shy, need to bring him out of his shell...

And you will find so many people pop up and claim to be an expert in motherhood, but it is your instinct as a mother that will takeover because no one knows your child better than you.
